Suzanne Dimma’s Cottage – a Walkthrough

August 31, 2011 by Michael Zimmermann 5 Comments

Suzanne Dimma, Arriz Hassam in their cottage retreat

Who says a secluded retreat needs to be rustic and run-down? House & Home‘s Suzanne Dimma and 3rd Uncle Design‘s Arriz Hassam walk viewers through their amazingly designed cottage in this six-minute-long video.

Some might say it’s not fitting to have such a “modern” approach to a cottage, to have such luxury in the middle of nowhere, but I think they’ve captured the beauty and simplicity of their surroundings in a way that works for them, and merges comfort, convenience, and style with the warm nature just outside.

Watch the full episode on Houseandhome.com/tv : Suzanne Dimma’s Cottage.

I’ve linked to posts about Suzanne’s cottage before, linking to her and Arriz’s blog posts about the design and construction.
